With much success we ventured into private equity specializing in the beauty and luxury goods industries. Our latest ventures have been blockchain based in Web3 Protocols created out of our Daughtry Digital Department and spearheaded by our founder K. Pheonix Daughtry.
We also have a foothold and expertise in the global property markets.

Rajesh Reddy
Mr. Daughtry a seasoned expert in international real estate acquisition, Mr Daughtry has established a reputation for avant-garde strategies and a global perspective. With a proven track record of success, Mr Daughtry has founded several companies, including Daughtry Family Office, a private wealth management firm, and Daughtry Dynasty Group, a venture capital investment firm specializing in Web 3 development and offshore real estate in emerging markets and frontier markets. Additionally, Mr Daughtry is the founder of Daughtry Estates, a private family compound.

Beginning his real estate investment journey in 1998 in Miami, Fl. Mr Daughtry began buying, renovating and reselling local single family homes. Eventually with the guidance of his mentor Mr Daughtry began to buy and hold duplexes and triplexes. After stepping away from real estate for awhile to run a few businesses in different industries, Mr Daughtry reemerged on the property investment spectrum focusing on the state of Georgia and the state's government subsidized housing through the housing choice programs for the next 12 years.

In 2015 While pursuing the venture of building a luxury goods company, he found himself in Thailand, Greece, France and Denmark sourcing materials for his new venture and simultaneously once again coming face to face with real estate opportunities but this time on a global level. After years of research, planning, procuring contacts and building a team he has established himself as a pre-eminent investor and consultant to professional peers on many global property markets.
With a passion for project development, Austrian economics, cigars, and golfing, Mr Daughtry has pursued residency and citizenship in various countries worldwide, including Serbia, Antigua and Barbuda, Malaysia, Panama, South Africa, Mauritius, Dominican Republic, and Dubai.

Mr. Daughtry has also lived in Southeast Asia for 5 years and the Eastern European Balkans for 2 years, bringing a deep understanding of these regions to his work.
